1. Who we are

Stratboost means the provider operating the Stratboost website, apps, tools and related services made available at stratboost.ai and associated domains or subdomains.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing or using Stratboost, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you use Stratboost on behalf of a company, organisation or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

4. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at admin@stratboost.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised, being misused or creating risk for the service or other users.

5. Plans, pricing, billing and credits

• Stratboost may offer paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, usage-based credits, promotional offers, trials or other paid or unpaid access models.
• Current prices, usage allowances, billing intervals and included features are shown on our pricing pages, checkout screens, order flows or other purchase interfaces at the time of purchase.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until cancelled.
• You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees, taxes and renewals.
• Credits, if offered, may be subject to additional usage rules, expiration terms, purchase limits or non-refundable conditions presented at the time of purchase.
• We may change pricing, plans, credit amounts, packaging, usage limits or features at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect a period you have already paid for, unless required for fraud prevention, legal compliance or service integrity.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, fees paid are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for taxes, duties, levies or similar governmental charges associated with your purchase or use of the service, other than taxes based on our net income.

6. Acceptable use

• You may not use Stratboost for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful or malicious activity.
• You may not upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use, or that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, confidentiality or intellectual property rights.
• You may not interfere with, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to private or restricted parts of the service.
• You may not use the service to generate, distribute or facilitate spam, malware, phishing, impersonation, scams or other harmful conduct.
• You must comply with technical limitations, rate limits, fair-use limits, seat limits, usage caps or account restrictions we apply to protect service quality and security.
• We may investigate suspected misuse and take action including removal of content, suspension, termination or reporting where appropriate.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content, prompts, files, media, text, data and other materials you upload, submit, store or create through the service.

You grant Stratboost a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, display and create non-public backup copies of your content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve and support the service, and to comply with law.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions and authority necessary for your content and for the uses authorised by these Terms.

8. AI outputs and your responsibility

Stratboost may generate outputs using artificial intelligence, automation, templates, transformations or third-party models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent, unavailable, duplicative or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, publishing, relying on or otherwise using any output created through the service.

You must independently assess whether outputs are appropriate for commercial, legal, financial, medical, regulatory, advertising, brand or other sensitive use cases.

We do not guarantee any specific performance or outcome, including conversions, rankings, engagement, revenue, business results or legal compliance.

9. Stratboost intellectual property

Stratboost and its licensors own the service, including the software, interfaces, workflows, templates, branding, designs, documentation and related intellectual property rights, except for your content and third-party materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

10. Limited license to use the service

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Stratboost for your internal business or personal use during an active subscription term, credit balance or other permitted access period.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, comments, suggestions or feedback about Stratboost, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, commercialise and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

12. Beta, preview and experimental features

Some features may be labelled or understood as beta, preview, early access, experimental or similar. These features may change, be withdrawn, be unavailable, contain errors or perform unpredictably.

We may modify or discontinue such features at any time without liability.

13. Third-party services

Stratboost may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including hosting, analytics, payments, email, AI model providers, infrastructure providers or embedded tools. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control.

14. Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

15. Availability, changes and support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Stratboost will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may update, improve, remove, replace or reconfigure parts of the service, including features, integrations, quotas, credits, models, templates, storage rules and account limits.

Maintenance, outages, provider failures, security events, data issues or technical changes may affect availability or performance.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. If you have a subscription, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay fees, created security or legal risk or used the service in a way that could harm us, other users or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to payments due, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity and dispute terms.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service, all outputs and all related content, features, tools, integrations and materials are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratboost and its affiliates, licensors, service providers and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: the total amount you paid to Stratboost for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Stratboost and its affiliates, officers, owners, personnel, licensors and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your content;
• Your use of the service;
• Your breach of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any law or third-party right.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to them or the service, will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the service provider operating Stratboost is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at admin@stratboost.ai with a written summary of the dispute and allow a reasonable opportunity to attempt an informal resolution.

Where permitted by applicable law, any claim not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to the service provider operating Stratboost, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.

21. General terms

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
• You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or by operation of law.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at checkout or for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, the product, email or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Stratboost after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
